For property managers

With Syndesk, Syndixis, and OPENSyndic, we have the most specialized software packages for property management on the market. However, our gaze is entirely fixed on the future: dobby. We are rapidly expanding this cloud application into the ultimate digital ecosystem. Today, dobby already manages banking, operational tasks, and hybrid meetings. Behind the scenes, we are expanding the platform at high speed with insurance and accounting modules, so that property managers will soon manage everything within a single interface.

For owners/co-owners

dobby has since grown to become the market standard, with more than 300,000 co-owners actively using the platform via the app or website. This allows residents to stay in direct contact with their property manager and always have all information regarding their co-ownership close at hand. Reporting a claim, tracking projects, viewing an invoice, or attending digital meetings including real-time voting; it can all be done effortlessly.

For stewards

With Rentdesk, Rentalis, and OPENRent, private property managers track their management activities exceptionally smoothly. Not only to log and benchmark returns, but they also have their documentation, correspondence, and administration available online at all times.

For suppliers

dobby pro is the digital platform for suppliers. Qualified suppliers offer their services there under negotiated conditions. Finding the right partner at a good price is thus achieved in no time. And thanks to the integration with our software packages, the administrative and financial processing is also handled immediately.

Property manager

As property managers, we manage a building’s common spaces. On behalf of the association of co-owners, our experts perform a number of important tasks: the technical management of the building, the legal management of procedures, and the administrative and financial management of the association.

Private property management

As stewards, we manage buildings’ private spaces, such as an apartment or commercial premises. Our stewards perform a number of important tasks on behalf of the owner: renting out and keeping the property in good condition, representing the owner vis-a-vis tenants, suppliers and the association of co-owners.

Sales & lettings

As a real estate agent, we advise and guide throughout the successful sale or rental of a house or apartment. Our real estate experts perform a number of important tasks: an accurate valuation of the property, a strong visual presentation, targeted marketing through various channels, and the complete administrative and legal handling of the file.

Our network of offices

Gerantis started in 2019 with a single office. Today, we have a powerful network spanning the whole of Belgium. Each office has its own history and deep knowledge of the local market, but we share the same vision and performant technology.

We divide our expertise between two strong brands. Gerantis focuses entirely on professional property management (syndic). Ifac manages private rental property management and the associated real estate services.
